This year, Virgin Australia and Delta Air Lines are joining forces to show all you Global attending flighties a good time.
Rumour has it that the Friday night welcome event is not just going to be the best ever but the most fun. And both VA & DL will have you covered for some serious fun in the sun and in serious aloha style!
This isn’t something that you want to miss out on, so make sure you visit then at the Royal Hawaiian Lawn for fun photo ops, giveaways and the best Lei you’ve ever had.
The VA Sales Team visited Garden City who have all qualified for Global and are more than ready to get lei’d – so much so they’ve already got the aloha spirit happening in store….

But giving you an awesome time in Hawaii is isn’t all that VA has to offer…
They’ve transformed the economy travel experience with ECONOMY X – offering extra legroom, preferred overhead baggage storage, priority Boarding AND domestic Priority Screening (where available). PLUS the first three rows of Economy cabin on Boeing 737 aircraft have been reconfigured to offer extra legroom.
As of 5th July 2017, they’ll be flying Melbourne to Hong Kong – operating five return services per week between the two cities, using dual aisle Airbus A330-200 aircraft. This proposed alliance with HNA Aviation and Hong Kong Airlines will enable customers to connect through Hong Kong to 13 destinations in mainland China; AND will also allow guests from Hainan Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, Capital Airlines and Tianjin Airlines to connect onto Virgin Australia’s expansive domestic and trans-Tasman network.
